The Initial Ayurvedic Consultation is a thorough, two-hour session with certified Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner, Dr Harpreet . It includes a full intake of your current healthcare concerns, along with a detailed evaluation of your lifestyle and dietary habits. These tools are used to indicate the root causes of your imbalances and to establish the best plan of action for your personalized wellness program. After the assessment, you will receive a detailed, printed list of individualized dietary, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed, as you will learn much along the way. Ayurveda not only teaches you self-healing but also teaches you awareness and empowerment. Our goal is to support and educate our clients in order to set them up for long-term success. Initial Ayurvedic Consultation Includes Prakarti Analysis - Doshic assessment (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) Evaluation of your specific current health concerns and goals Evaluation of your current dietary habits Evaluation of your current daily routine (work, sleep, elimination habits, exercise, etc) Ayurvedic pulse assessment* Tongue, nail, and facial analysis* Blood pressure assessment* * Relevant for in-person appointments only.
